Graceland Properties alleges it is still owed more than $12,000 on garden shed

HOUSTON – A Houston man is alleged to still owe money on a garden shed.

Graceland Properties LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the Harris County District Court against Jesse Saldivar alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 29, 2015, it provided a 16-by-40 garden shed to defendant in the amount of $31,047. After considerations of all payments, offsets and credits, the amount of $12,756.33 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $12,756.33, plus interest, attorney's fees and all other general and special relief. He is represented by Mark W. Stout and Matthew B. Fronda of Padfield & Stout LLP in Fort Worth.
