Concrete company alleges it is owed more than $30,000 for completed project

RICHMOND —  R.S. Concrete claims it is owed more than $30,000 for its work done at a MAXX Builders & Designers project in Sugar Land. 

R.S. Concrete LLC filed a complaint Feb. 4 in the Fort Bend County District Court against MAXX Builders & Designers LLC alleging breach of contract and fraud. 

According to the complaint, R.S. contracted with MAXX for concrete services on its project in Sugar Land that included a credit agreement. R.S. alleges that it performed its contracted duties but MAXX has failed to pay an outstanding debt of $36,986.86.

R. S. seeks monetary relief of at least $36,986.86 and all other just relief. they are represented by Karalynn Cromeens, Courtney Stricklen and Christina Gonzalez of Teh Cromeens Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
