Greenberg Traurig LLP issued the following announcement on June 2.
Chambers USA has again recognized the Real Estate Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, ranking the Real Estate Practice Band 1 in the USA-Nationwide category and more than 30 real estate lawyers in the 2021 Guide.
Chambers & Partners, a UK-based publisher, notes that it selects lawyers and practice areas for inclusion based on thousands of interviews with practicing lawyers and clients around the world. In the 2021 USA Guide, GT’s Real Estate Practice achieved a record number of ranked individual lawyers and teams, with the majority earning Band 1 rankings. In addition, several lawyers were ranked for the first time and moved up in ranking.
The editors ranked the firm’s U.S. Real Estate Practice in Florida (Band 1), Nevada (Band 1), New York (Band 1), Illinois (Band 2), Texas (Band 2), Arizona (Band 3), Colorado (Band 3), New Jersey (Band 3) and California (Band 4). The editors ranked individual members of the Real Estate Practice in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington, D.C. In addition to earning rankings in Real Estate, the editors ranked individual members of the Real Estate Practice in specialized categories including Construction, Leisure & Hospitality, Real Estate: Finance, Real Estate: Mainly Dirt, Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use, and REITs.
The real estate team has received the Chambers USA Award for Excellence in Real Estate at the Chambers & Partners USA Awards in 2018, 2017, 2013, and 2010, and has been nominated for the award every year since 2007.
