Suit alleges electrical contractor damaged property's transformer

GALVESTON — An investment holding company alleges a contractor's poor electrical work damaged a transformer on their property that resulted in more than $15,000 in repairs. 

PNMR Services TNMP filed a complaint March 13 in Galveston County District Court against Christopher Brian Stubbs doing business as Pinnacle Construction alleging negligence and other claims. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is an investment holding company who hired Pinnacle for electrical work at a property in League City. The plaintiff claims the defendant improperly installed a hot top which caused damage to a transformer. The plaintiffs claim the defendant's negligence caused them $15,569.95 in repairs and that the defendant's poor workmanship and installation was what caused the damage to the transformer at their property. 

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Dale Dickman in Dallas.
