HOUSTON — A man alleges he slipped at the Texas Arts Medical Tower in Houston due to a wet floor.

Willie Wade filed a complaint July 2 in Harris County District Court against Texas Arts Medical Tower LLC alleging negligence.

Wade, according to his complaint, was at the defendant's premises on Red Oak Drive in Houston on Nov. 29, 2022. He claims that as he was walking into the building, he slipped and fell on a wet floor and suffered injuries. Wade alleges the defendant's negligence for creating and allowing the existence of the condition and failed to warn of the hazard.

He also alleges the defendant's employees knew or should have known of the dangerous condition. Wade claims he suffered disability, mental anguish, lost earnings and incurred medical expenses as a result of his injuries.

Wade seeks monetary relief of less than $250,000, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Adam Criaco and Kyle Knizner of Criaco & Samperi in Houston.
