On March 27, 2024, Yolanda Martin filed a lawsuit against ACS Maintenance Solutions Inc., The Tanglewood Condominium Owners Association Inc., and Goodwin Management Inc. in the District Court of Harris County, Texas (Court Case ID: 2024-1 9699). The plaintiff alleges that she suffered personal injuries due to the defendants' negligence.
Martin claims that on June 13, 2022, she slipped and fell on a wet floor at The Tanglewood Condominiums located at 1616 Fountain View Drive in Houston, Texas. This incident occurred in full view of an employee or agent of the defendants who were standing a few feet away. As a result of this accident, Martin suffered serious and permanent bodily injuries.
The plaintiff is seeking monetary relief over $250,000 but not more than $1,000,000. This includes damages of any kind, penalties, costs, expenses, pre-judgment interest, attorney’s fees and judgment for all other relief to which she believes she is justly entitled.
