Anthony Rodriguez has filed a lawsuit against Central Transport LLC in the District Court of Harris County, Texas under the case ID 2024-25051. The case was filed on April 18, 2024, with Rodriguez accusing Central Transport of negligence leading to personal injury.

Rodriguez, a resident of Harris County and an employee of Central Transport at the time of the incident, alleges that he was exposed to a hazardous chemical called N, N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine while performing his duties as a driver for the company. The plaintiff contends that this exposure occurred on September 4, 2023, when he was assigned to haul a trailer containing containers packed with the said chemical by the defendant.

The complaint further details that due to inadequate safety measures and lack of proper training provided by Central Transport LLC, the chemical began to leak out causing Rodriguez to come into contact with its hazardous gas. As a result, he suffered significant injuries and serious loss for which he seeks compensation exceeding $1 million including damages of any kind, penalties, costs, expenses, pre-judgment interest and attorney’s fees.
