Iris Morgan has filed a lawsuit against Shahar Halaf, Caitlyn Romero, and Robert M. Beren Academy in the District Court of Harris County, Texas. The case ID is 2024-25375 and was filed on April 19, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants were involved in two separate automobile collisions causing her personal injuries and damages.

The first incident occurred on September 22, 2023, where defendant Shahar Halaf allegedly executed an unsafe lane change at an excessive speed resulting in a collision with Iris Morgan's vehicle. In the second incident on November 9, 2023, defendant Caitlyn Romero is accused of negligently executing a left turn without due care leading to another collision.

Morgan claims that as a result of these incidents she sustained personal injuries and damages exceeding the minimum jurisdictional limits of the court. She argues that both Halaf and Romero operated their vehicles negligently and violated their duty to exercise ordinary care.
