In a lawsuit filed in the County Civil Court at Law No. 1, Harris County, Texas (Case No. undisclosed), plaintiff Goddy Uzowuru is suing defendant Angelica Moreno-Ocampo. The case was filed on March 25, 2024 and pertains to a traffic accident that occurred on October 27, 2022.
Uzowuru alleges that while he was driving legally and cautiously on South Mason Road, Moreno-Ocampo attempted to cross five lanes of traffic from west to east and struck his vehicle.
