In the County Civil Court at Law No. 1, Harris County, Texas, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiffs William Johnson and Sharmira Johnson against defendant Miguel Montoya Meza. The case is identified as Cause No. ‘24878 and was initiated on March 25, 2024. The lawsuit alleges negligence on the part of the defendant resulting in a motor vehicle accident.

The plaintiffs' lawyer argues that the accident occurred on August 07, 2023, when the defendant rear-ended the plaintiffs' vehicle on Beltway 8 Tollway.
