Worker suffers electrocution at apartment complex pool, initiates litigation against property owners
HOUSTON – An apartment complex near Houston’s Sharpstown district is the target of a Texas man’s personal injury lawsuit.
BEAUMONT – Sonic Automotive, Inc. has been implicated in a former employee’s federal lawsuit alleging the North Carolina-based retailer terminated the plaintiff because he is Hispanic.
