  An Orange County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a collision on an Interstate Highway 10 service road.Joanna Christy Davis filed a lawsuit Sept. 25 in Jefferson County District Court against Lathan Neil Gould, citing negligence.According to the complaint, Davis was driving eastbound on the Interstate 10 service road in Beaumont on June 26, when she signaled her intention to turn right
