A man is suing over claims he was injured in a three-car collision that killed another driver.
Earl V. Short filed a lawsuit Nov. 11, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court against Vinco Electric Inc., the estate of Vincent Leggio, CR England, and Richardo Kerr, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Short was stopped in traffic Nov. 22, 2012, when he was rear-ended by a Vinco Electric vehicle driven by Leggio. The complaint states that vehicle was then rear-ended by Kerr's, an employee of CR England, which resulted in Leggio's death, knocking his car further into Short's and causing Short's injury.
