On Aug. 27, 2002, United States Patent No. 6,442,485 (the "'485 patent"), entitled "Method and Apparatus for an Automatic Vehicle Location, Collision Notification, and Synthetic Voice" was duly and lawfully issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

NPT is the assignee and owner of the right, title and interest in and to the '485 patent, including the right to assert all causes of action arising under said patent and the right to any remedies for infringement of it.

Plaintiff is the exclusive holder of all rights, title and interest in and to the '221 Patent, including all rights to enforce the '221 Patent and to recover for infringement. The '221 Patent is valid and in force.
