Industrial rental firm sues customer for alleged non-payment

A Jefferson County firm brought a lawsuit against a Webb County man and company for alleged breach of contract in an undated financial dispute.

Crenshaw Enterprises Ltd. d/b/a Tiger Industrial Rentals of Beaumont filed against Professional Well Solutions LLC of Laredo and Amando Alvarez Jr. of Laredo in Jefferson County District Court May 26, claiming breach of agreement in an undated transaction.

The suit states that the defendant occasionally rented equipment from the plaintiff, agreeing to pay the rental rates. Crenshaw alleges that it supplied the materials in good working condition; that the defendant accepted and used the equipment; and that Crenshaw invoiced Professional Well Solutions accordingly.

Crenshaw alleges that both of the defendants have failed and refused to pay the rental charges, resulting in an overdue principal amount of $39,347.02. The plaintiff cites both Professional Well Solutions and Alvarez with breach of contract.

Claiming that the customers are in breach of the guaranty agreement, the plaintiff cites monetary damages and requests reimbursement of the actual amount in question, plus pre- and post-judgment interest; attorney’s fees; expenses, and costs.

The plaintiff is represented by attorney John Seth Bullard of Orgain Bell & Tucker in Beaumont.
