Dragon Products, Ltd. has filed suit against D.Q.G. Petroleum Services, Inc., seeking to recover more than $38,000 from a delinquent D.Q.G. Petroleum account.

Dragon Products' breach of contract lawsuit was filed in the Jefferson County District Court on Oct. 18. Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd Judicial District, will preside over the case.

According to the plaintiff's original petition, D.Q.G. Petroleum purchased four mud agitators from Dragon Products on account and accumulated a balance of $34, 000.00, which has been overdue since December 2006.
