This Just In: Recent civil suits filed in Orange County District Courts

  • Greg Wilson vs. the estate of H.A. Alexander

    The owners and employees of a family cabinet company are suing their deceased landlord's estate, claiming a welder hired by their former landlord burnt down their office and all their personal property along with it. Mable, Greg and Scottie Wilson, owners and employees of Fine Line Cabinetry, filed their suit against H.A. Alexander and Factory Outlet.

    The Wilsons claim they lost more than $20,000 in property in the fire, and also suffered around $30,000 in lost wages as a result of the fire.

  • Virgina and Betty Slaughter vs. Ace Transportation

    PA - David Dies, J � Dennis Powell

    Virgina and Betty Slaughter have filed suit against Ace Transportation, claiming their vehicle was struck by an "unknown" driver driving an Ace Company vehicle. The plaintiffs are suing for past and future mental anguish, impairment, medical expenses and lost wages.
