  • Amanda Collier vs. Babcock Borsig Power et al

    PA - Bryan Blevins Jr., J - Gary Sanderson

    The plaintiff is suing on behalf of her late husband who she alleges was exposed to asbestos during the time he worked as a technician for the defendants.

    The petition says the seven defendants entangled in the lawsuit were negligent, failing to adequately test their asbestos-laced products before flooding the market with dangerous goods.

    The plaintiff is suing for her husband's physical pain and suffering in the past and future, mental anguish in the past and future, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, disfigurement in the past and future, physical impairment in the past and future, and past and future medical expenses.
