GALVESTON - SimplexGrinnell LP seeks $30,166.02 from Hudak & Dawson Construction Co. Inc. and Panama Historic Homeowners Association for work performed on a construction project in Galveston County.
The plaintiff says it entered an agreement on March 4, 2009, to do certain specified labor and provide materials in exchange for the amount in question.
The suit was filed April 30 in Galveston County District Court.
SimplexGrinnell insists it performed its work on the project and present the defendants with written invoices to no avail.
The plaintiff filed a lien on the property about six months later.
Attorneys Travis W. Brown and Christopher E. Craven are representing the plaintiff, and Galveston County 10th District Court Judge David Garner is presiding over the case.
