Orange residents in litigation over wreck

One Orange resident has filed suit against another over a 2-year-old automobile collision.

Oscar LeBlanc filed his suit against Donald Williams on April 26 in Orange County District Court.

Court papers show that on April 29, 2008, Williams vehicle somehow "violently collided" with Leblanc's vehicle.

The suit does not state how or where the incident occurred.

In his suit, LebLanc accuses Williams of negligently failing to keep a proper lookout and yield the right of way.

He is suing for past and future mental anguish, medical expenses and lost wages, plus all court costs.

The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph Jannise Jr. of the Sutton & Jacobs law firm.

The case has been assigned to Judge Pat Clark, 128th Judicial District.
