Robert L. Weaver leaves behind a minor daughter, Taylor Nicole Weaver, who Stacy Weaver filed the suit on behalf of. Because of her father's death, Taylor Nicole Weaver suffered mental anguish and lost her dad's society, consortium, love, companionship and inheritance, the suit states.

Robert L. Weaver's estate incurred funeral and burial expenses, the complaint says.
