Seeking possession of a deceased woman's car, Ally Bank has filed suit against the Beaumont man that it believes currently possesses the vehicle.
Ally Bank filed its suit against Daniel Greer on Oct. 25 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Feb. 15 Kathaline Greer purchased a 2009 Mazada CX 7 from Mike Smith Dodge for $17,954.47.
