Englobal Systems sued for driver's collision

Louisiana resident Mohommad Nazir is suing Englobal Systems and one of its employee's, Charles Deville, who allegedly rear-ended him.

The suit was filed Nov. 30 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 26 Nazir was rear-ended by Harvey while he was in the course and scope of his employment with Englobal.

The suit does not state where the incident occurred.

The suit faults Deville with negligently failing to keep a proper lookout and also accuses Englobal with negligent entrustment.

The plaintiff is suing for his alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment, disfigurement and lost wages, plus all court costs.

Houston attorney Jason Itkin of Arnold & Itkin represents him.

Judge Milton Shuffield, 136th District Court, is assigned to the case.
