Attorney James E. Payne of the Provost Umphrey Law Firm is the scheduled guest speaker at the 26th Anniversary Brunch of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Support Group of Southeast Texas.
The event will take place on 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16 at the Robert A. Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Drive in Port Arthur.
