Injured worker's petitions against ExxonMobil, Brock Services consolidated

On the same day, Brandon Fox, who injured his right arm, filed two petitions to perpetuate testimony, one against ExxonMobil and other against Brock Services

On Oct. 14 Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court, ordered that the two petitions, both filed July 22 in Jefferson County District Court, be consolidated, court records show.

Fox, a Brock Services employee, claims he was working at ExxonMobil in Beaumont on May 1 when his equipment malfunctioned, causing him to sustain a severe right arm injury.

The plaintiff is suing for his alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment, disfigurement and lost wages, plus all court costs.
