Tubal-Cain Hydraulic Solutions claims a company owes it more than $100,000 after failing to pay for goods provided to it.

Tubal-Cain filed a lawsuit March 16 in Jefferson County District Court against Full Circle Enterprises.

In its complaint, Tubal-Cain alleges it delivered goods and services to Full Circle. In turn, Full Circle agreed to pay for the goods, according to the complaint. However, it failed to do so, the suit states.

"Defendant has failed and refused and still fails and refuses to pay the account, all to Plaintiff's damages in the sum of $106,403.11, together with interest and attorney's fees as hereinafter alleged," the complaint says.

In addition to the money it says it is owed, plus interest at 6 percent per annum, plus costs, attorney's fees, statutory interest and other relief the court deems just.

Lance Fox of Creighton, Fox, Johnson and Mills in Beaumont will be representing it.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
