Latest insurance suits filed in Jefferson County Courts

A total of one new lawsuit was filed in Jefferson County District Court against insurance companies, May 7-11, 2012.

The following complaint has been filed:

  • Bobbie Jean Thomas of 1348 Maple Ave. in Port Arthur alleges National Security Fire and Casualty Company denied her claim for damages caused to her property after Hurricane Ike struck on Sept. 13, 2008. Thomas will be represented by Clint Brasher and Joe Muckleroy of Beaumont. Jefferson County District Court case number: E192-424.
