By David Yates | May 25, 2012

Ethan Blount, a minor, broke his arm when another child fell on him while they were playing at a playground two years ago.

As next of friend, Anna Wilson filed suit on Blount's behalf against All Aboard Learning Center on May 21 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on May 21, 2010, Blount was in the care of All Aboard when he broke his right arm after another child fell on him at the playground.

The suit does not list a specific act of negligence allegedly committed by the defendant.

The plaintiffs claim they have suffered losses and damages in a sum in excess of the minimal jurisdictional limits of the court.

Beaumont attorney Jonathan Juhan represents the plaintiffs.

Judge Gary Sanderson, 6oth District Court, is assigned to the case.

Case No. B192-478
