  • Koch Agronomic Services v. Helena Chemical Co. et al

    Koch is a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Wichita, Kansas.

    The defendants are Helena Chemical Co. and MOS Holdings Inc.

    The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 5,698,003 issued Dec. 16, 1997, for Formulation for Fertilizer Additive Concentrate.

    The plaintiff is asking the court to issue an injunction and for an award of damages, treble damages, court costs, and attorney's fees.

    Koch Agronomic Services is represented by Samuel F. Baxter of McKool Smith P.C. in Marshall; and Steven J. Pollinger, Geoffrey L. Smith and Gretchen K. Curran of McKool Smith P.C. in Austin.

    A jury trial is requested.

    U.S. District Judge Leonard E. Davis is assigned to the case.
