By Kelly Holleran | Apr 1, 2013

The court has issued a temporary restraining order against a former Roofing Supply employee, ordering him to return equipment to the company.

On March 20, Jefferson County District Court ordered defendant Greg Littlefield to deliver any confidential information, including financial documents and lists of Roofing Supply customers back to the company.

In addition, Littlefield was directed to refrain from distributing commercial or roofing products within a 150-mile radius of Roofing Supply’s Beaumont location and from soliciting customers or terminating customers’ relationships with Roofing Supply.

Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court, also prohibited Littlefield from deleting, copying or disposing of any information on his personal computers, CDs and USB flash drives, cell phones, email accounts, records related to the purchase of computer software media and documents.

Case No. B194-168
