Wells Supply sues over past due invoice of $330K

Wells Supply is suing Summit Global Contractors, seeking payment for a past due invoice of more than $330,000. 

The suit was filed April 29 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, between Sept. 14, 2012 and Oct. 17, 2012, Wells Supply sold various materials to summit.

“Well’s delivered the materials and billed Summit,” the suit states. “The total balance of the current open invoices … is $330,800.92.”

The suit accuses the defendant of breaching its contract.

The plaintiff is suing for economic damages and attorney’s fees.

Attorney Jeffrey Roebuck of Roebuck, Thomas, Roebuck & Adams represents the plaintiff.

Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, is assigned to the case.
