The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 8,042,865 issued Oct. 25, 2011, for Tent Chair; and U.S. Patent No. 7,527,331 issued May 5, 2009, for Tent Chair.

The plaintiff is asking the court to issue an injunction and for an award of actual damages, treble damages, attorney’s fees, interest and court costs.

Infineon AG is a foreign corporation having a principal place of business in Villach, Austria.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 6,710,441 issued March 23, 2004, for Power Semiconductor Switching Devices, Power Converters, Integrated Circuit Assemblies, Integrated Circuitry, Power Current Switching Methods, Methods of Forming a Power Semiconductor Switching Device Packaging Methods and Methods of Forming a Power Transistor.

The plaintiff is asking the court to issue an injunction and for an award of actual damages, enhanced damages, court costs, interest and attorney’s fees.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 6,848,072 issued Jan. 25, 2005, for Network Processor Having Cyclic Redundancy Check Implemented in Hardware.

The plaintiff is asking for an award of damages, court costs, expenses and interest.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 5,434,872 issued July 18, 1995, for Apparatus for Automatic Initiation of Data Transmission; and U.S. Patent No. 5,299,313 issued March 29, 1994, for Network Interface with Host Independent Buffer.

The plaintiff is asking the court for an award of damages, treble damages, interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.
