Rain for Rent sues seeking payment

A business is suing to collect payment due under the terms of a contract.

Western Oilfields Supply Co., doing business as Rain for Rent, filed a lawsuit in December in the County Civil Court of Harris County against Sage Enviro Tech Ltd. and Leopold Inc. 

According to the complaint, on July 20, 2010 the plaintiff and defendants entered into a contract. The plaintiff contends it has fully performed under the contract, but the defendants have failed to pay, despite promising to pay and despite repeated requests for payment.

The plaintiff is seeking $87,734.05 in damages, plus interest and fees and is being represented in the case by attorney Jon D. Totz of Totz Ellison & Totz PC.
