A woman is suing after sustaining injury in a car collision.

Hailey N. Miller filed a lawsuit Jan. 21 in the Galveston County Court against Jeffrey Cyphert, as next friend of Kimbery Cyphert, and Donald Kent Slayton Grace, citing negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 31, 2013, Miller was a passenger in Kimbery Cyphert's car as she attempted to make a left turn in the 20600 block of Interstate Highway 45 frontage road and was struck by Grace's car.

Both Cyphert and Grace are accused of failing to exercise due caution to avoid the collision.

Miller says her back, neck and right arm were injured, according to the complaint.

Miller is seeking up to $100,000 in damages. She is being represented in the case by attorney Jerome M. Karam.
