A woman is suing after allegedly being struck by motorist while on her bicycle.
Margarit Delaney filed a lawsuit Feb. 4 in the Galveston County 122nd District Court against Corey Alan Smith, citing negligence.
The lawsuit alleges that on April 6, 2012, Delaney was riding her bike across 69th Street in Galveston when she was hit by the defendants car, causing injuries.
Delaney is seeking over $1 million in damages for her injuries
She is being represented by Christopher D. Bertini.
