According to the suit, the defendant failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign, causing the accident.

White sustained injuries to her back, shoulders, head and body.

White is seeking damages, interest and court costs.

She is being represented in the case by Beaumont attorney James E. Payne of Provost Umphrey Law Firm LLP.

The case has been assigned to Judge Milton Shuffield, 136th District Court.
