A bank is filing an application to foreclose on a Groves home.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed an Order of Foreclosure concerning 3028 Elm Ave., Groves, on Jan. 27 in the Jefferson County District Court.

The court filing states on Aug. 15, 2008, Joseph R. Denzlinger and Barbara Denzlinger executed a promissory note.

Wells Fargo is seeking court authorization to foreclose on the Denzlinger's property.
