A man is suing after sustaining injury in a car collision.
Christopher Maldonado filed a lawsuit Feb. 4 in the Galveston County District Court against Dillon James Mauldin, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 13, 2012, Maldonado was driving eastbound on West FM 517 when Mauldin turned left in front of plaintiff’s vehicle causing Maldonado to strike the right-hand side of the defendant’s vehicle.
The plaintiff contends Mauldin operated his vehicle negligently, which caused the plaintiff's injuries and damages.
Maldonado is seeking more than in $100,000 damages.
He is being represented in the case by attorneys Charles H. Peckham and Mary A. Martin of Peckham PLLC.
