Harris County resident sues after dog attack

A Harris County resident is suing claiming she was attacked by a dog and sustained injuries.

Pamela Burden filed a lawsuit March 11 in the Galveston County Court against Ray Vineyard and Glen Turnbull. 

The complaint states on March 17, 2012, Burden was walking down a public street when she was attacked by Turnbull's dog, which was at rental property owned by Vineyard.

Burden is seeking no more than $200,000 in damages, plus exemplary damages, interest and costs.

The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Stephen Boutros of Stephen Boutros Ltd.
