I 10 texas

A Tennessee woman is suing over claims she was injured during a car crash on Interstate 10.

Delena Richeson filed suit April 3 in the Jefferson County District Court against Andrew Ogea, citing negligence.

Richeson claims she was stopped in traffic on Interstate 10 on Oct. 17 when Ogea crashed into her vehicle. The suit alleges as a result of the accident Richeson suffered serious personal injuries and property damage.

Richeson is seeking damages in an amount the evidence shows proper, interest, court costs, punitive damages and all other relief the court deems proper.

She is being represented in the case by Houston attorneys Daniel Wilson and Anthony G. Buzbee of The Buzbee Law Firm.
