A Collin County woman is suing over allegations she was sexually harassed at work.

Shaquana Annette Brown filed a lawsuit June 5 in the Eastern District of Texas Sherman Division against JP Morgan Chase Bank and Mark McDonald, alleging sexual harassment.

According to the complaint, Brown was employed by JP Morgan in 2011, and after several promotions, she alleges that she began to experience sexual harassment by McDonald, an assistant vice president, in 2013.

Brown claims she received unwanted sexual comments from McDonald and was allegedly sexually assaulted by McDonald who touched her inappropriately.

Brown went on medical leave May 1, due to the stress and medical effects the hostile work environment caused, according to the suit.

Brown is seeking damages, lost wages and costs.

She is being represented in the case by attorney Glenn D. Tucker of the Law Offices of Glenn D. Tucker PC in Dallas.
