Property tax loan company seeks foreclosure of Beaumont home

A property tax collector is suing to foreclose on a home in Beaumont.

FYYP LLC, doing business as Texas Property Tax Loans, filed an order of foreclosure June 13 in the Jefferson County District Court against Randy Hunter and Adrienne Hunter.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff seeks to foreclose on property at 2950 Cartwright St., Beaumont, after the named defendants have failed to pay on a lien put on the property Aug. 22, 2012.

The total amount to pay off the loan is $6,593.31, excluding attorney's fees and costs, the suit states.

The plaintiff is seeking the court's permission to proceed with the foreclosure and any other relief it may be entitled to.

It is being represented by Fort Worth attorney Craig C. Lesok of Craig C. Lesok PLLC.
