Two men are asking for more than $1 million from a driver they allege crashed into them at a Galveston County intersection.
Frederick Gray and Joshua Gwin filed a lawsuit against Jessica Alley on Aug. 12 in Galveston County District Court.
The alleged crash happened Nov. 5, 2012, when Gray and Gwin were traveling through the intersection of state FM 1764 and state FM 646, according to the complaint. They say Alley "disregarded a red light causing a collision" with their vehicle. Both men say they were seriously injured in the crash.
Gray and Gwin accuse Alley of negligence for allegedly speeding, driving in a careless and reckless manner and failing to keep her vehicle under control.
They are asking for more than $1 million in damages for medical expenses, impairment, disability, pain, suffering and mental anguish.
Attorney Nomaan Husain with Young & Husain in Houston represents Gray and Gwin.
