Management group alleges two clients owe more than $1 million

SHERMAN — Reliant Management Group LLC is suing Trent Tolbert and Deborah Jones, alleging breach of contract.

The company, with its main offices in Texas,  filed a lawsuit March 18, in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against the two defendants, both from Tennessee, alleging they wrongfully breached their agreement by failing to pay plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Reliant Management suffered damages as a result of an unpaid debt. The suit says Tolbert and Jones failed to honor their agreement by failing to pay the due amount of $1,192,398.98.

Reliant Management seeks all damages, plus a jury trial, interest and any other relief the court deems proper. It is represented by attorney Jack Balderson Jr. of Balderson Law PLLC in Flower Mound.
