Mesa Southern Well Servicing LP alleges Copperhead Well Services owes more than $50,000

GALVESTON – A supplies and services provider alleges a San Marcos company has not paid for services it provided.

Mesa Southern CWS Acquisition LP, doing business as Mesa Southern Well Servicing LP, filed a complaint in the Galveston County District Court against Copperhead Well Services LLC, doing business as Copperhead P&A, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between March 26, 2015, and April 8, 2015, it provided certain services to defendant on an open account agreement. Due to defendant's actions and inactions, it alleges it has suffered damages in the sum of $51,776.40, plus interest, attorneys’ fees and court costs.

The plaintiff holds Copperhead Well Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused, and continues to fail and refuse to pay for the invoiced goods and services sold and delivered by plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for actual damages in the amount of $51,776.40, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorneys’ fees, costs of this suit and such other and further relief, general or special, at law or in equity, to which it may be justly entitled.
