HOUSTON — A design and manufacturing company is suing competitors, alleging trade secrets misappropriation.

FlexElement Texas Inc. filed a complaint March 7 in Harris County Circuit Court against Centriflex and former employee Donnie Wilson, alleging they tortiously interfered with the plaintiff's business relations.

According to the complaint, as a result of the defendants' conversion of FlexElement property, the plaintiff has suffered and will continue to suffer injury to its good will and reputation unless the defendants are restrained by the court.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants intentionally and wrongfully assumed and exerted dominion and control over FlexElement's drawings and confidential information and refused to return the material.

FlexElement Texas seeks trial by jury, a permanent injunction directing the defendants to immediately cease and desist from accessing the plaintiff's confidential information, monetary damages of more than $100,000, attorney fees, legal costs and interest and all other equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Cynthia R. Levin, Lance C. Arney and Carey T. Wallick of Moulton, Wilson & Arney LLP in Houston.
