HOUSTON — A lender is suing Optech4D Inc., citing alleged breach of promissory note.

Patrick O'Donnell filed a complaint in the Harris County District Court against Optech4D Inc., alleging the borrower failed to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 11, he loaned defendant the principal amount of $204,000 via three separate advances. To date, the amount remains due. The plaintiff holds Optech4D Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to repay the money owed to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks to recover the money loaned to the defendant with interest, attorney's fees, costs and other relief. He is represented by David P. Whittlesey of Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP in Austin and Joseph W. Golinkin II of Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP in Houston.
