HOUSTON – A Houston man alleges he was injured in the course of his duties as a manager of a restaurant.

Jose Martinez filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in the Harris County District Court against Los Cucos Mexican Cafe Inc. and Los Cucos Mexican Cafe XXVI Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 17, 2016, he was seriously injured while performing work as a manager for the defendants' restaurant. He alleges he has suffered mental anguish, physical impairment, loss of earning capacity, disability and medical expenses.
