ADT alleged to have called wrong number 60 times

Phone 08

HOUSTON – A woman alleges a home security company has harassed her with dozens of phone calls meant for another person.

Crystal Bridges filed a complaint on March 29 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against ADT LLC alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2017, she began receiving calls to her cellular phone from the defendant offering its services in its attempt to contact an individual named Ricky Raven. She alleges she has received 60 unsolicited phone calls from the defendant.

The plaintiff holds ADT LLC responsible because despite her demands to cease calling her, defendants allegedly continued to systematically and relentlessly call her cellular phone through the present day and contacted her without her consent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of at least $500 per phone call, treble damages, costs, attorney fees and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by Marwan R. Daher and Omar T. Sulaiman of Sulaiman Law Group LTD in Lombard, Illinois.
