HOUSTON – A woman alleges she was injured at a Houston drug store when she tripped on a display.

Queen Ester Viser filed a complaint on Jan. 10 in the Harris County District Court against Walgreen Co. alleging premises liability

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 11, 2017, she was shopping at defendant's store in Houston when she tripped over a display stacked on a pallet and fell.

The plaintiff holds Walgreen Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to place barriers or adequate warning of the condition or make it safe by removing the pallet or restocking the front of the display.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which she may be justly entitled. She is represented by Michael S. Panesar of Panesar Law Firm in Houston.
